Bloody Corbyn nationalising everything.A step towards sense. Now how about the energy industry.
No issues with that. Even if private investment is allowed the government should have a majority control over all essential infrastructure and servicesBloody Corbyn nationalising everything.
How?Booked a trip to London on the government owned LNER last year , Covid restrictions issued by our wonderful government stopped me travelling, but no refund issued despite a few requests.
You would be entitled to a refund. I got one due to the Christmas lockdown fiasco.Lockdown .
This. I got one from LNER as well. You would be entitled to a refund. I got one due to the Christmas lockdown fiasco.
Wait, so you did get a refund? They wouldn’t reply to emails when I eventually rang them they’d credited an account I didn’t realise I had , booked up and spent now though.
Wait, so you did get a refund?
You’d had it credited back - I’m not sure what you’re complaining aboutNo , they credited an account, when I rang up to get it sorted the girl I spoke to put me right and I ended up rebooking the same trip but a year later using the credit I didn’t know I had .
Sent four emails and never got a reply.
You’d had it credited back - I’m not sure what you’re complaining about
First of many you reckon?Run by dept of transport now.
It’s highly improbable a company would be crediting £300 purchases back without telling anyone.Quite clearly I was entitled to a £300 refund after all travel was banned ,I had no return communication from the service supplier after asking four times for a refund.
I eventually found out about 9 months later after speaking to a supervisor they had issued a credit to an LNER account in my name that I knew nothing about, if they’d told me originally what they were doing I’d have been fine.
For the record it wasn’t credited back to my credit card account.
