Soup-maker

Not just veg in general. The potato and leak for instance is better than the chicken.
Veg stock is better than chicken stock in most too. We haven’t found a meat based soup in the soup maker that has made us want to do it again. Roasted pumpkin is amazing

So you have to roast your pumpkin before putting in in the soup maker?

Doesn't sound ideal

It makes them sweeter. You can put them in raw but it's better roasting them first.

Well aye, I get that bit, it just seems to make the soup maker largely obsolete if your gonna roast the veg first. Once they're roasted they'd only need blitzed up with some stock using a stick blender.

Add other stuff and then add the pumpkin or squash near the end. Parsnips and squash is nice with some lentils. Peppery, sweet and the lentils make it more filling
