Top 4 is out of reach. Even City of last season would struggle to make top 4 from here in and would be relying on Chelsea or Spurs to drop the pace a bit in order to make it. So what approach will he take and what shape will he go with? When fully fit can Pogba, Mata, Sanchez, Martial, Rashford and Lukaku all be accommodated in the same team? Would going for broke and trying to score as many goals and getting fans on side again be a viable option? Would be incredibly vulnerable at the back but would make for great entertainment!!

A caretaker to me means they’ve someone lined up for the summer. Someone who CANT go there now. It’s against the rules for a PL to take another PL clubs manager during the season. Poch or Howe.

. There Is no rule banning clubs from taking other clubs managers, happened countless times, all they have to do is contact the club and offer compensation. Redknapp Portsmouth to Tottenham, Bruce birmingham to Wigan and the whole Marco silva thing last season between Watford and Everton that has gone to a tribunal. That is not the reason why they haven’t appointed someone now.
