You won't (or shouldn't) be entitled to the feed in tariff unless your install is done by an MCS accredited installer, may be tricky to get someone to certify the whole thing if part has been done by someone else.

Any idea why that is by the way? Seems a bit of a scam really. By all means it needs to be electrically-safe, but literally screwing railings onto a roof then mounting stuff on it shouldn't need certifying!
