I wonder if i go and find a big lad and punch him in the face, whether that is still assault?Having just seen it for the first time 100% this ^^^
If that was costa jumping into Pants it's a foul all day long, seems that size of the players involved is now a factor in wether a foul is given or not...
I'm sure there's debate within threads but I can't be arsed to trawl through. I've not seen the goal but the Gary Bennet and the clown of a commentator reckoned it was a fair goal. I've seen reports saying Sam is blaming the ref. So concisely foul or not please.
Change of subject what the fuck is going on with our football team mate.
Have we been short of players?
Mate we been poor the last few weeks, had no forwards and the new defenders he brought in.....
We were losing 2-1 Saturday I was sure if we equilised we would have won, they scored on the break 3-1 15 mins left and our usual suspects give up.
There's 4 or 5 in the team decent players who want to win the others aren't good enough and don't give a fuck.
The players that left at end of last season were miles better than the new lads.
Yeah definite foul. The initial foul was easy to spot, can't really go near a goalkeeper thesedays.Of cause the goal should have been disallowed, Atkinson missed the initial foul on CP, the hand ball and when Berahino kicked the ball out of his hands.
Only, if he does put a knee out then the laws of the game stipulate that he has committed a foul...Foul or no foul, Pant's invited it by not coming out and protecting himself by putting a knee out. That creates the space for him to catch it or punch it and it puts a knee into berahino's back.
Poor technique
Yeah definitely miss the old heads at the back, they kept the job right.
You back soon?
When was the last time you saw a penalty given for a goalie kneeing a player as he goes to catch a crossOnly, if he does put a knee out then the laws of the game stipulate that he has committed a foul...
FFS In rugby as was explained to me over the weekend if you go into someone when they have both feet off the ground whilst they are catching the ball its a foul. Is rubgy a non contact sport. It was a clear foul.Is football now a non contact sport? They collided in the air, the keeper for me should have been stronger, the jump wasn't into him directly which is what the ref probably saw
Oh really, look your not the voice of fair play you just agree with the ref all the time that is not having a point of view i could probably write an AI bot to replace you first starting 5 phrasesI honestly believe if the foul had happened at the other end, people would be saying no foul that's how football fans work.
