Snoring

I snore when I’m absolutely knackered or when I’ve had a drink. I always know when I’ve been snoring from the bruises on my ribs.

Do GPs actually take this seriously if you go and see them about snoring?

Taken us a while for them to start taking the fella's problems with it seriously (strongly suspect sleep aponea) - fair few back and forwards and off to blood tests before they're on about referring him to the sleep clinic.

Need something to bring your lower jaw forward. When you lie on your back your jaw falls back and restricts your airways. A mouth piece that brings your jaw forward will open up your airways.
