Max break from selby on Thursday but still lost

Ronnie v Murphy tonight, Allen v Wilson Saturday night. Final on Sunday
 
Great comeback by O Sullivan to take the first frame against Murphy.

Anyone else think Murphy looks like a stranded Goldfish ?

Urrgh, I would dread the very thought.

The only interesting bit was the end of the last frame.

O Sullivan 3-1

Nice 129 break from Ronnie, 4-2 up.

He had an absolute nightmare in the previous frame.

Nice 127 from Ronnie now 5-2 up and only needing another frame to make the final.

All over 6-3 Ronnie.

Allen v Wilson 2 all at the moment in what’s looking like a close match for a place in the final.

What was that all about ?
Wilson played a snooker behind the brown and was made to play again.
I thought he’d actually touched onto the brown, but maybe not ?

What a final session that was. When Wilson cleared up at 8-5 iirc, he also got a huge slice of luck, when he missed a blue into the yellow pocket, richochetted the white back done to virtually a touching ball.

Gould’s went on about that ridiculous Ronnie cross double attempt but made no mention of Wilson’s bit of fortune.

Then is their anyone better in finishing a final like O’Sullivan did?
