O’Sullivan in a right old strop about Allen standing in his eye line. The referee must have asked about 8 times to get on with the game but he took no notice of him
allen was offended but the ref assured him, that he had done nothing wrong. Allen is playing superbly and leads 5-3, so maybe it’s a bit of gamesmanship
ive not seen O’Sullivan like that in a match before, it went on for about three minutes of ignoring the ref.

A right barney between the players there. O'Sullivan very unhappy with where Allen has been standing for some of his shots.
I can't see Allen doing anything deliberately but I've never seen O'Sullivan react like that for so long, even against Carter at The Crucible a few years ago.

Incredible the way the ref was ignored. I felt for him in that exchange. Now that simple red miss by O’Sullivan should finish this match
he will get a few quid fine for that mind. The ref was in charge and I can’t remember Allen standing where he was being accused of.
im an O’Sullivan fan but that was a bit unnecessary. It’s been a great match which Allen looks like getting the win

allen was excellent all night and where that outburst came from, I don’t know. Really strange but that Ronnie, Alex higgins was the same

He possibly did but he went about it totally the wrong way and completely ignoring the ref was out of order. I'd find it hard to believe that Allen did it deliberately.
Don’t overlook it was a cracking match when Allen nearly got a maximum and they both barely missed a pot.

I thought it was strange what Allen was doing, I mean I noticed it myself and Ronnie is the player so will obviously notice it more.
Not sure I buy the argument it was not deliberate, that seems like fellow ex-pros avoiding the tough questions.
If only Keano was a snooker pundit.

Nobody ever has played to the same standard over a two year period than Trump has these past couple of years imo. He should be targeting 4 of the next 8 world championships
What a great afternoon session of viewing, trump was untouchable, then O’Sullivan has a grind against slessor, followed by the space man beating Williams who deserved to lose mainly for the beard he had on.

If you where going to be harsh you could argue that trump specialises in hoovering up the minor competitions, as his record in the big comps isn’t great, only 3 of the so called major champs, still time but at 31 people at the top of the list had won a lot of there majors already
