I read about that, wasn't just a dopey kid either, the fella was in his 30's IMSC. What an idiot.

He even phoned the police and asked for his art / fake bomb back. They had no idea who he was till he phoned them. Having caused traffic congestion and other problems for the police I'd have kept schtum. Now he's being prosecuted, the plank.
