I was the same. Kept on ringing up to see if I could get a deal but never got anything.

I reckon they don't bother with offers for those of us who can't get Virgin as there's no other choice but to get Sky. Pleased I dumped them 3½ years ago for a motorised system.

The thing with these systems is you have to learn a bit about them, I was using them yonks ago and still have the dreambox 800 and a motorised triax dish gathering dust.

It's a bit of a hobby to keep it all working and up to date, certainly not plug and play.

I gave it all up and went to SKY to keep the missus happy.

If anyone is after a DM800 with 500gb hdd and dish.......
