Looks like they have a cricket channel to fill having lost the ipl rights do they are broadcasting a live CC game at the start of the season.

If they are going to show them it makes sense to pick fixtures of the stronger counties with bigger name players , ideally most if not all England players will be available

They did with nothing to play for. Warwickshire Hampshire which had loads riding on it was one of the best county champ games in years

I watched a lot of the county championship games on youtube last year - LancsTV was head and shoulders above anything from the other counties.
