Tried to put words in the mouth of Willis, Maguire, Ross and then even Micky Gray post game.

Supporters quick to turn , always a hard place in front of these fans etc etc

Newsflash, we are sick of watching sh*te mate, no different to any other fanbase. In both games this year the fans have supportive largely - numbers speak for themselves.

Place goes ballistic when we get a corner, which shows how starved we are of anything decent happening mostly.

The presenter is clearly a MLF man

Not sure it’s putting words in their mouths it’s been mentioned a fair few times by players and manager.

One of whom if not the first was Steve Bruce.

It makes a great story for the media doesn't it.... "Furious fans destroy their own football team". It is far better than... "A decade of incompetent management and indifferent players drag Club down to third tier".

What sort of a business actually blames its customers for its own failures and poor performance?

We are the only generation of SAFC fans in our clubs 140 year history who have had to endure successive seasons of third division football so perhaps it's to be expected that our standards of football are a bit higher than what is currently on offer. Critics of the fans should be both grateful and amazed that they still get over £30K paying bums on the seats. Are all those loyal customers who are paying to watch third division football not entitled to to have any expectations of the team or the football that's served up? As if just turning up game after game in the numbers that they do is not enough given the appalling standard of some of the football that they have had to watch over past few years.

All I can say is that our paying customers are a long way behind the likes of NUFC and West Am (to mention just two) when expressing their displeasure with the teams performance. badly.
