Sky email

Anyone else had prolems getting into a sky email account over last day or so? Keep getting the error message below.

When trying to call they state they have a 45 minute waiting period:evil: Be nice to know if its a nationwide issue.

Thanks for the info. I'm not on twitter or FB so maybe tricker than just that link. I also tried changing password but had noeffect. I'll try the other link though. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.
 
Yes fkn nightmare, i phoned that number and it ssid an hour wait. I was thro after about 15 mins. I couldnt reset password cos security question answer was wrong somehow.

I've had exactly this twice in the last month...30 minutes phone waiting time..1st time i got locked out they said it was a security breach..then last week locked out again..fkn pain in the arse.
 
Happened to me and parents email 3 times in the last week.Right fanny on. I managed to change my password but parents had to go via that sky number as their security answer was wrong somehow.
was a half hour wait and another 15 minutes to get it sorted.
 
Happened twice in the last month. Just logged in, answered a security question and was able to change my password no problem.
 
I’ve also been told on the phone my password was wrong. Along with my mother’s maiden name. Thing is though, I didn’t provide any of these when I opened the account which was only a few weeks back. I’m convinced the person on the phone when setting sky up forgot to ask so just filled any old rubbish in
