No help but in Frome Somerset it’s been terrible for weeks, apparently a fix by Thursday, thankfully it’s at the exes and not mine. Had to end up emailing them to ring her back as I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday without speaking to anyone.

They are one of those companies.. great when things are going well. But a bloody nightmare when there is an issue
