Sitting Outside On Me Plastic Grass

Cut your own grass man you lazy barstool
I probably should but it does mean rather than spend a couple of hours mowing it on a Saturday morning before I do a more interesting job, I can just go straight to the more interesting job and potentially get a lot more done. I can't push a mower at the minute so needed someone to do it for at least a couple of months. I've been out of action after an accident so for this year even when I am fit, the rest of the garden is a right mess and needs sorting. So I'm going to let them keep doing the cutting while I sort out the borders, veg patch, pond etc.

I don’t like cooking ,cleaning ,ironing as I like to spend more time “playing with the bairns “

Seems to be the go to cop out on here mind hiding behind your kids for being an utter utter lazy bastard

Also that excuse misses the point. There are alternatives to covering the earth with non-permeable plastic.

Decking for one is best as the soil is reasonably open to the atmosphere underneath. Paving with gaps filled with sand, gravel, or left open. None of those need mowed!

Can’t wait to get home from Sheffield & celebrate by rolling about on my plastic grass naked
Real grass collects that cool dampness that makes a good naked roll both cleansing and refreshing, and more likely for you to get a slug or too stuck to you. Roll naked too quickly on plastic grass and you risk a friction burn.

The dogs have fucked my lawn good and proper. Urine burn patches all over it. Only laid it last Easter, it looked class. Any recommendations or tips mate?
you can get a chemical to put in dogs water which neutralises the alkalinity of the urine *or something like that , also water the grass as often as possible

It's the nitrogen mate. It acts as a fertiliser, but too much of it in one area acorches the grass..the grass needs to be watered the moment they piss to dilute the nitrogen which sounds easy but in practice doesn't happen.

Just seen some placka grass and placka plants outside a restaurant, doesn't exactly draw the customer in, went to a place a few doors down instead.
