Sinatra's in town - closing today .

The bloke I “knew” who owned Harleys was from Houghton and owned a roofing business, got done for drug dealing and served time I think.
George ran the place, thought he owned it, maybe not then. He then had the wavey for a few year. Looked like Ben Elton.
Sundays were mental. There probably wasn't that many out in reality across the whole town - just everyone went to the same pubs at the same time. A pub would go from packed to empty in 10 minutes.
Best night of the week. Class times. Half 10 last orders, then into Jonny Ringos if Bobby Bewick was in a happy mood.😀😀
We done the route backowers for a laugh one week and barely seen a soul
Must have met them somewhere mate..😀😀

VS? He's been away a couple of times. Was inside back in the eighties for fraud.
Not sure if his name would be on the licence if he had a record but it was his. In hindsight, probably a nice little money laundering operation.
