Hes a young kid learning his trade . Its idiots like you that can ruin careers.
Get back to school
So because he’s young it’s ok to show no urgency or put any graft in ? He needs to up his agression and start harrying people more and not make it so easy for the centre backs to bring the ball out from the back.

Hes technically woeful mind, he's stiff as a board and clumsy. He isn't capable of being involved in our attacks like Stewart is and they break down with him. Its a massive concern with Stewart being out for a while.
I can’t think of a time where the ball didn’t stick to him - he laid it off really well for the most part and also ran at their defence whenever he had the chance - I find it bazaar that people think he was poor tonight

Every through ball played to him he was on his heels, he was outpace most of the time. He needs to anticipate far better.

His effort towards the end was appalling too. He's alright and is an option, but he's levels and levels below stewart.

He was our best player tonight. :)
Hahahaha wtf !!!!!!! When Eliot embleton is shouting at you to turn around and close the defender with the ball down then you know your not having a good night
Anything but lazy - he was making runs all game and more often then not was isolated with two centre backs marking him. He done well and is a handful for defenders imho
He was 100% too lethargic it’s not just about playing when you have the ball you have to work off it aswel , their centre backs were carrying the ball about 50 metres from their half , half way into our half completely unchallenged or closed down while he’s either standing watching or jogging at a snails pace back into position

He was feeding on scraps and still caused the few problems we set them. It was our midfielders who failed tonight.

Absolutely shocking tonight. What a difference between that and his first game. Let’s hope his motivation hasn’t gone already (we’ve seen it before). Also, Ross Stewart must be available soon or we have no threat going forward. You don’t realise how good he is until he isn’t playing.
Can see why you only ' goalkeeper 'rated you talk out your feckin ar se. The lad never stopped running all night, feeding off feckin scraps....

You have to stop them playing aswel and get in their faces not just mope about

I’m sorry like that’s a load of crap he looked extremely lethargic he wasn’t putting in the graft out of possession

He doesn't play that way. If he was selected to start instead of Ross he'd be playing on the shoulder of the centre halves. It was his run that opened up their defence for Roberts. We didn't really press them this evening, it was quite late in the game before Pritch was told to run himself into the ground pushing in their faces.

It’s no good letting the centre half’s carry the ball that far forward it’s like having extra players esp when your centre forwards just standing about look at the shef Utd centre back he’s killing teams doing it

If we end up playing Simms up top on his own for an extended period we'll change the way we play. We'll look to get him running at defenders on the turn, they push up and we'll dink balls over the top, support him with wide forwards. Shit happens in professional sport, we didn't have time to work on it tonight.

Who do we play up front if Simms gets injured?

To be fair it was one of the better games I’ve seen him have for us. He won’t score many though.
