The smell of petrol and pre-catalyst car exhaust that takes me back to my early banger-car ownership as a young man. One of the pleasures I have by owning my 1974 MGB GT .

I recently acquired one of those green plastic cans full of petrol and my shed now stinks of petrol, although the can doesn’t appear to have any leaks. Which is odd.
