Its what I always tend to focus on at the gym, what do you tend to focus on the most?
 


Triceps if I'm honest, always been my weakest spot to develop no matter what. Shoulders, chest, thighs, calfs and forearms grow just by eating the right bait. My mates used to call me a gorilla when we were teens :evil:
 
Just heavy compounds and injury prevention. 103kg bodyweight currently and recomping nicely
