On the pending sale ( we hope ) will the agreed fee include all current sellable assests ?
Short has been accused of 'pocketing transfer fees for a while now'
The likes of Kone , Khazri and Fabio could still bring in decent amounts.

Asking for a mate who has no idea..

Its similar to when you put a house up for sale.
Fixtures and fittings are agreed along with the building and land it sits on.
People continue to want to demonise a man who has saved us from going under every year since drumaville jolly boys ran off.
He has written off almost 100m to capital in his time.
Our revenues were never enough to cover player wages and he picked up the deficit and loaned us the money.
One way or another that debt is on our balance sheet.
Short wants out .
If he accepts eg 90m to walk away he still made a huge loss on his time here....and that is a fact.
People reminisce about the good old days of murray, keane , quinn etc.
Utter lightweights in comparison to what ellis short has contributed.

Only the 2 sets of people negotiating will no what the price will buy and all the little bits and bobs, do you actually think anyone on this board knows the ins and outs of the negotiations? Unless Ellis is on the board?
Oh and the lawyers dealing with it all

Is your mate German by any chance?...

They are buying a football club so the deal would include the players but not necessarily the ground or the training facilities.

To a certain degree I agree with you on Short, his biggest fault is his naivety with english football. He clearly badly advised by whoever and took what they said as fact. All managers were signed in good faith IMHO and apart from Moyes he bit the bullet and sacked the others. But I suppose ultimately he is the head honcho and so he carries the blame.

You don't half back/support Short lad. It's almost hero worship.
Short HAS undoubtedly put more money in than anyone else in the club's history and, been let down by a few people.
BUT, he has made monumental mistakes and it's time he went.
Oh and by the way, how do you know for sure that someone else would not have come in and taken over from Drumaville when the banking/property collapse fkd them up ?
Tbfh your support of ES is slavish at worst, obsessive at best.
