Paid up a year earlier. I'm guessing as Short held the parachute money as security that next season's payment is now the clubs to do with as they wish?

Confirmation is there, both in Sunderland Ltd and SAFC Ltd.. Also clear there are now no outstanding charges on any of the club's assets.
No, some of it was used in part payment of the SBC loan. The charges related mainly to the AOL and Black Cat House. Next year's payment was always going to be free for our use.

short didnt have the para money as security-he used it to pay debts..
the next lot of money is nowt to do with him/
ellis used it to pay back the loan to SBC corporation, you know, the thing where peopple said he !wiped the debt!-he did, but used some club money to do it.
the rest of the sbc money went to paying legacy transfers

It's possible that we have an unsecured overdraft, or the owners have made an unsecured loan (much as Short did). At present, there are no secured debts.

well there mnight be debt owed on transfers-but the onwers dont owe ellis owt-the last lot of para was used as security by SBC corporation-shouldnt be any more of that
