You could level that at the current hotchpotch of a badge we've got now.Hope not. Looks like a child drew it. On the back of a packet of Seabrook ready salted.
Cheap and old fashioned, not in a good way.
Nothing looks more cheap than the present one imo. Just a load of shite heraldry that many hoyed on badges in the 90s and the majority then got rid of.Hope not. Looks like a child drew it. On the back of a packet of Seabrook ready salted.

Across the leagues there will be few teams that haven't changed their badge in the last 20 yearsIs any badge permanent?
There's a deep question for you all this Tuesday afternoon.
I’ve said this for donkeys. Just leave the shield.Hopefully not. If they make a change they could simplify the current one for use on strips by just having the shield part and removing the lions etc that clutter it up. They can then still leave the full version of it in place throughout the stadium etc.
Not if they are only printed on and not embroidered. Then it depends how many times you wash itIs any badge permanent?

Isn't the 'modern way' just to have clubs keep more and more money like all of greedy modern football? You could level that at the current hotchpotch of a badge we've got now.
Modern way is to have a simplified badge which the Ship version was.
y nt a modern blend of both then get creativeThose who went to Roker Park will want the old badge...those who have only ever known the Sol, will want the present badge. Simple as that.
Then a brand new, simple one to keep all happy? Those who went to Roker Park will want the old badge...those who have only ever known the Sol, will want the present badge. Simple as that.
