Obviously we have drifted off topic here, but add me to the list of people who have had hassle with AVRO and got the ombudsman involved.

They even delayed paying the £75 that the ombudsman had ordered as a "goodwill" payment.

That was a couple of years ago, since switched to Igloo, who were good but prices crept up and now with Octopus who never seem to answer my emails but seem to be quite good when you phone them.
