Your lucky I paid £27 to watch that shite.
Btw plenty of late night entertainment on London road just now .thanks to Sky loads and loads of hammers staying in sheffield tonight.

Managers raging, because now they can see right decisions being made, so there's nobody to blame but themselves and the players for dreadful performances and well deserved defeats.

The decision was spot on. Declan Rice gained an advantage with the handball, whether unintended or otherwise. They've played like, well, any David Moyes side, for 90 minutes, and can no longer rely on a bit of luck at the death to rescue them in games.

Either stick with VAR, or go back to the ref being the sole arbiter of fact on the pitch, and stop f***ing whining about them.

This is it. I still don't really understand why people have a problem with a goal being scored as a result of the ball hitting an attackers hand.

The problem is it isnt consistent - Dele Alli hand balled it in the box against us and we weren't given a penalty.

The Van Dijk one recently

They have completely fucked this season up.

Just scrap it now, void whoever ends up winning the league and do play offs for who goes down at the bottom.

Great idea. Imagine the fall out the other side of Stanley Park !!!!

Watching that disallowed goal😂
How the hell can you be at fault for an opposing player heading the ball against your hand as you are running.

London Road's an erm... 'interesting' place at all times never mind with a group of West Ham fans mixed in.

I know exactly why the rule has come into force. Fans have been beefing for years about 'how come that's a handball, when that one 3 weeks ago wasnt', 'refs are so inconsistent' etc etc. So as a fail safe the authorities have chucked the towel in on this one and just said if it hits a hand and leads to a goal it's a handball. No more worries about 'consistency', everyone knows where they stand.

I had a feeling that this law would be extended to all handball. This is what a lot of fans wanted.

I don't blame them for bringing this rule. If you want consistency, there you f***ing have it!

Consistency?

Consistency?

Yes the rule takes away any interpretation. Everyone is clear about what is or isn't hand ball, there is no debate hence why the authorities identified the error. The handball was not given because it was missed, which was an error rather than an interpretation issue. The law makers can't account for that.
