Anyone heard if there's 'pay on the gate' ..... I'm travelling up without a ticket

Hello mate; this isn't a dig, I'm genuinely interested- what has made you have to travel up without a ticket??

Is it a change in circumstance that has meant you can make the game which you previously thought you couldn't? Or have oh just always thought you'd travel without one??

Being an exile myself I remember a couple of occasions in the mid 90's travelling without tickets.

Just been reading Shef Wed website for parking supposedly there is a secure car park right outside of ground £7 to park s6 1qe is the post code if any one interested. Think I'll park in here

Things is mate, I'm really busy with work and trying to get it all done for the end of the month when I'm off on holiday.

But my son is going, from Mansfield, and I just thought 'what the hell, I'll drive up and stay overnight with him'.

I've been to loads of games over 40 years, without tickets, and always find a way to get in ..... you wouldn't believe some of the stunts I've pulled ;)

You know Frankie who runs the Peterlee branch don't you? He might be able to help you if it's not pay on the gate. I have his number if you need. Just an idea.

Cheers mate, I lost his number along with my last phone ;)

LOVE THIS. I know someone who found a press pass on the floor outside a ground AND USED IT!!

Have a class night.

You'll be using the "Chelsea" method of gaining entry tonight I take it?;)

I live near Hillsborough and whilst I wouldn't let any of you smelly bastards anywhere near my garden, there is a lot of off street parking near the ground that is free. I would suggest get there before 6 and you will get something without a problem. At the end where we go in there is a residential street almost directly outside - I normally park there.

What is the best way to get the train station after the game mate? Need to catch a train at 2230.
