Cycled past early one morning, and the gates were open for the builders. From what I could see it looks absolute quality and the courtyard looks quite a size. Looks like it will be a great addition to the city.

Known a couple of people involved and they've both said it's going to be amazing. Just needs the custom to support it and if it is that good it will get it.

As much as I’d love it to be jumping, it will be a weekender. People just don’t bother now through the week, and the biggest obstacle is, it’s right out the way until the bridge gives it the much needed footfall.

True enough. But I also think one eye has been on all of the housing being done there as well. So it's a long term thing.

Whatever we think, it’s a fantastic addition to the City, and I hope it’s a roaring success for all involved. Looking forward to giving it a go.
