That's better, a well articulated, thought out, calm mannered response with just enough on the hook to gage a response............. total bullshit mind, which you don't believe, but hey - it worked, here I am replying fella :D[DOUBLEPOST=1396365581][/DOUBLEPOST]I am genuinely interested on who you would all class as a world class player, or in fact a player who other teams would be envious of you having............I genuinely can't think of any, other than Brian Clough back in the day as he was a machine, but that's Boro for you producing these legendary managers of the day, Revie too - I'm talking about them two as it might bring a bit of nostalgia back to you all, last time you won something I mean ;)

Seriously though, 'worldy' players. Or players with a very good rep - I'd be interested to see who Sunderland have attracted......... Asamoah Gyan, Cisse & Bent is about all I can think of and they couldn't wait to leave........

Are you not embarrassed by the fact that nor Sunderland or Newcastle think of Boro as a real rivalry?

Yet still felt the urge to bring up a banner about Sunderland?

Boro are about as significant to Sunderland as Raith Rovers are to us.

Joke of a club that is desperate for attention. Well they don't register on my radar. They may well do next season cos I've got one mate who's a season ticket holder at the riverside cow shed. But that interest will last about 180 minutes then you lot can slope of into the midst of the also runs and never-weres.

not a proper derby tho is it.... kind of like playing darlo and pools'
except they get bigger gates than the smogs

don't like what?
mate I came out to show the love, and provide useful information for when you travel next season, I just can't help retaliate to certain comments, human nature surely?

Pop over to FlyMe...... few Mackams on there, has been for years........

Fuck off and shove ya cock up ya daughter's arse you inbred kernt.

Try and take the piss all you want the fact is that Sunderland AFC is ten times the size of f***ing Middlesbrough, and always will be.

Ten times as f***ing shite though and that's what pains you
seen as a joke up & down the country compared to little old Boro, the near conquerors of Europe.......

I don't have a daughter by the way, sorry to shatter your wank bank, social say I'm not allowed near them any more, not after last time.........

You'll struggle to find anyone on this board claiming we have world-class players. For a club of our size - and I'm talking history, fan base, even money spent, to some degree - we've been vastly underachieving for years. We all know that. That still doesn't change our ambivalence towards Boro though, does it? Our inability to be one of the league's giant clubs still doesn't make you any more significant.

only slightly bigger though.........

you 'care' about us as much as we 'care' about you..............If you seriously believe we WANT you as a f***ing rival then trust me, you're mistaken, it's just nice to beat you......Can't say who I like beating most, you lot or the Mags, either or really........obviously the games don't have the same atmosphere as your love-in with Newcastle, but you always look pretty bothered to me when we play.......[DOUBLEPOST=1396367516][/DOUBLEPOST]
You really are an uncouth youth. You are an embarrassment to the mainly good people on this board.
I've just decided to ignore this kind of witty banter from the individuals who so don't care that they resort to thinking about stuff like that.........whatever tickles his fancy, let him without sin mate and all that ;)

Luckily I remember some of the attendances at Roker in the 90s.

94/95 season anyone? Same division, both in our old stadiums. Middlesbrough average attendance - 18,461. Sunderland - 15,344.

Few more seasons like that which people forget about. Not bad for a small town in Yorkshire. Sunderland aren't kidding anyone over their size, at least we know where we are at.

aye, probably mate

I'd been saying I was looking forward to Leeds, Sheff Wed, Blackburn etc and teams like that. Actually forgot about the toddler touchers[DOUBLEPOST=1396367906][/DOUBLEPOST]

f***ing hell, another mutant out of the woodwork, rarely seen since October

Come on now, that's not really true is it?

Ten times as shite? How can we be shitter when we are (admittedly for not much longer) in a higher division that you? And have been for the vast majority of English football history?

I must have missed you come runner's-up in the Champions League? When did this happen? Moron.

I'm sorry but you seem to be confusing me with the other boro fan who posted the premier league all time table.

Please can you show me where I slagged your history - I am merely stating that a lot of football fans in this country rightly or wrongly think football started in 1992 and if not 1992 they just don't know or don't care what happened in the early 1900's. Let me just point out that this is also the case with my club as our most successful league teams were in the early 1900's.

Sorry mate it was the other Boro lad that said this, you all look the same to me ;)

You really are an uncouth youth. You are an embarrassment to the mainly good people on this board.

I hate to agree with a smoggy but all of this shit about abusing kids is going too far, lets try and keep some class here lads were better than that. I (and a number of others) reported a Mag for saying something pretty similar the other day.

You care... your here

So you are comparing attendances in a season that for boro ended up as champions and started for them with a buzz with Brian Robsons revolution to a season for us which we started off as shit and where we stopped up by the skin of our teeth. To be honest mate, it's embarrassing for you your attendance was only 3k more than ours.
