Sexism on PF?

What if it had it's own board, so we'd have Parsnip, SMB, Cricket, Pure Football and Women's football? That way you'd know that all threads on there were for women's football, and then those that aren't interested aren't presented with it?
This is far too sensible :)

How would it be annoying?
Because the first thing I look at in the morning is news now, I see a headline about a
Sunderland signing, click on it, only to find it's about the woman's team, and I'm not interested in the woman's team, so I've wasted my time, I can see the same thing happening on here, does that explain it. If it's all in one thread I won't bother with that thread and wont waste my time,

Keeping it separate is the best idea.

Then again, there's still a load of absolute arseholes in that thread currently shitting on the woman's game.

If you don't like it..keep the fuck out. It's simple.

It's a much less well supported sport both in terms of participation and support. Its currently being pushed in a big way, rightly or wrongly.

It's not to the standard of the men's game, we can all agree on that, you either like and watch it or you don't. Not watching it or pushing it doesn't make you sexist and there should be no pressure to do so imo.

Why is the entire women's world Cup assigned to a single thread?

Are we going to do the same with the next men's world Cup?

Surely games like this deserve their own thread. I can understand (sort of) that non league football has a single thread dedicated to it but this is a world Cup ffs.

I'm sure this will get shifted to "that thread" quickly enough.
Why is this post not in the Official 2023 Women’s World Cup Thread?

Actually that's not a bad idea, maybe a sub board, connected to the PF, kind of like politics was, when it was connected to the SMB, before it got popular enough to stand on its own.

When was the last time you clicked on something on here and it was the women’s football instead of mens? There’s barely ever any women’s threads on here, and when there are it’s usually very obvious what you’re clicking on.

I asked the question in the thread- confused me. No response 😀

I didn’t think it was sexist. Maybe it is…..

Ties in with what I think, pisses me off on newsnow especially during this window.
Even skysports transfer is wick with this nonesense.
As for skysports news least said the better.
Separate forum like parsnip is the answer like.

I said I can see the same thing happening on here, not I do see the same thing happening.

I'm sure the 3 seconds you spent clicking the link then clicking the back arrow massively impacted your day

Echo's terrible with their clickbait too, I agree. Another forum would be fine.

Do you get annoyed at other threads not about Sunderland?
