For Liverpools pen both pundits said it was definitly accidental hb but also a definite penalty? I though accidental hb was not a pen?

I think it's a case of whether the defender gains an advantage of it, not whether it was intentional or not.

It seems to depend on arm position aswell, if arms are own by your side it's less likely to be given, if your arms are flailing about then the ref is likely to give it.Fair enough.
