tis from 91' iirc? anyway that's not important; 'tis a well known (and done to death) image of Northumberland and Hadrians wall.. been wanting to get it for a while, and thought it would work well as a Triptych. I'm reasonably pleased, but would have liked some more light and colour in the sky..

I'm gonna ignore the stupid borders and back-grounds TBF; i'll not be voting on how good or bad they have been done; tis a photography competition..

Love the shot; excellent contrast and detail.

Awful trying to stitch that, so this trio thing works quite well :eek:

Maybe I should try it more often. It's a right faff on getting the sizings and positioning right of course
 
Haven't entered one of these for ages. Was going to enter this one, but not much point. Congrats steed :cool:
