Brilliant news, Red, la. And what a relief!Morning marra. I was promised a view of your arse in Binns window as well
Did you see my news? Biopsies taken after surgery came back all clear so I'm pleased about that.
I'll be on standby in the morning as there's footy on tomorrow night.
I seem to recall (please correct me, if I'm wrong) that you've openly shared the fact that you either have or had mental health issues yourself, so I think it's reasonable to expect a little understanding, tolerance & compassion from you regarding others with problems.Him telling people to say things to his face is why he gets himself banned

Morning Cloughy,Morning arl. Dull & gloomy. The weather's little better.
I'm so pleased you got to see your dad, The Bishop, la. His response was great. You'll never forget it.
Neen of that nonexistent chod, thanks. Hang on, that's a double negative. Arl of that nonexistent chod, thanks. That's better.
Latest pretendy news from Glen is that he blagged his way past the screws arnly ter finned that Hank had arlriddy tunnelled his way out using a shovel mad from spent cans of Frosty Jack, leaving behind a scale model of hissel mad from papier mâché, that looked suspiciously like one of the Krays. Suspicions were further aroused when there was nee response at snout time, but nee bugger dared approach fer fear of being striped. Hank is believed to have accessed a tunnel to that well narn local tax haven, Port Clarence, where it is believed he will hole up incognito, disguised as a balloon seller, until it's safe for him to be moved to a gangster mansion in Haverton Hill.
Enjoy yasels. Stay leet on yer feet....
You too, HC. I'm a relative newcomer on here (2 years next month) so others will nar far better than I, but Hank seems not to learn his lesson & therein lies the problem. He's admitted as much hissel. One day, he will. For his arn sake, the sooner the better. I wish him nothing but the best.Morning Cloughy,
You cannot keep a good man (or woman) down.
Hank will be cooling off, brushing himself down, and plotting his next escapade, no doubt.
Hopefully, he'll be back soon, having served his sentence, and wiser for the experience.
It's just a pity, the minority on here, can't live and let live.
Have a good day, my friend.
I used to enjoy a glass of whisk(e)y at parties, but had too much one night, and made mesel bad, and cannot stomach it nowadays.Nor, Samson likes this, Edd, la.
Glayva: another blast from my past, HC. My long-dead uncle from Australia (naval Chief Petty Officer) used to make his arn version by dissolving honey in whisky. He also used to get me to pick small pieces of gravel from the road, wash it clean then place three or four pieces on his Heineken, swearing that this helped it keep its fizz. I am descended from a long line of genuises. When did it arl gan wrang?
Excellent! Dodgy colour scheme, like, ha, ha. I have no evidence to support what I'm about to say, but I wouldn't be surprised if drinks such as these originated in old family recipes that were then commercialised. During the Depression me owld grandma used to make her arn ginger beer & herb beer (whatever that was) and sweets & sell them from her front room to try to mak ends meet. Prollyz gan down a bomb today. Unless it was shit! When she was a lass she used to sing solos in the Miners' Harl in Easington Colliery (I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Harls etc.), signed The Pledge & was an unofficial bookie's runner for her father. Her two codenames were XXX & Black Cat! Funny how things come back to you.I used to enjoy a glass of whisk(e)y at parties, but had too much one night, and made mesel bad, and cannot stomach it nowadays.
Glayva is very agreeable, and I always have a bottle in the house, just for medicinal purposes
Like your uncle, making his own version of Glayva, I have an Irish mate who invented his own version of Sheridans Liqueur, well before Sheridans became well known.
