I know, I was being diplomatic.
So was I. I could have reminded you that your fans pay more than us to watch just as much shite, but I humoured you instead. ;)

It’s beyond risky mate - in fact it’s f***ing suicide! If the rumours are true, then Bain must think the £15 I presently pay per match in the north stand is too cheap. Perhaps he sees £20-25 as a fairer price? If he does, then he can expect thousands of cancellations
If the rumours have started from the post/poster I think it has, then he has a record for ITK WUMing.

What about a price freeze and a voucher for a free curry from Forhans?
Gets better and better.

What would you be willing to pay?

I paid £475 last year, no way would I pay that next year. £250 max.
I’m sure it was £495 this current season having been £475 before (might have that back to front). Anyway has anybody any idea what the cost of the black cats bar was this year?

Covering for potential loss of numbers and revenue? That's a pretty dangerous plan with morale at an all time low.

Certainly is, having the brass to ask the supporters for more when little to nothing has been given in return

Just checked £475 for mine and £250 for my da. Just checked and renewed on St Patrick’s Day last year - £727.50, they even charged us £1.25 each for the privilege. Hard times.

As long as it only a modest increase (the rate of inflation, perhaps) then fair enough. The club have got to try and get a transfer kitty from somewhere to mount a promotion push.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the prices went up, after all we do hire some absolute idiots especially in the PR department.

Looking forward to the announcement.

I wonder if the club allow SAFCSA to have a shop in a different part of the ground?
Didn't know they had 1 tbh. The amount of empty seats in the north stand in particular, I would put them there. Its that empty a bet you could move the home fans across to 1 half of it and offer them the same seat, but just on the other side of the goal. What they should have done in first place, is put away fans where family zone is. Not sure how practical that is now.

They can’t touch the family zone really. It’s probably the fullest part of the ground at present.

Personally, I’m not a fan of moving them into the north stand as I don’t want them behind a goal

South stand according to safery

I was always told that the South Stand was the only option. Mind, that would mean 1) moving the singing section 2) putting the away fans next to the family stand.

I have heard the rumours about the north east corner, but things have never quite added up. The club would basically have to spend me to improve facilities for one!!

Actually i disagree, its more likely they will try and reduce the price, or offer a reduced price, for those who want to renew early, so guaranteeing them, the supporters money, if we stay up or not.
When Wolves went down in 2013 anyone who renewed in their early bird was given a 50 quid refund.

The North East corner would require the installation of Bogs mate

795 I think mate

It would also require the removal of the SAFCSA shop and installation of a bar. As I say mate, it doesn’t add up.
