SCS - What's it like to work for?

Didn't realise this was a Sunderland based company & have an interview coming up.

Anyone have any relatives or friends working there? Big decision to make IF successful so want to do as much research before hand.

Got a couple of mates who work in the call centre. Say it's the easiest commission you'll ever earn.

Good to hear the fact it's HO is in the North East is tempting me. I know they have stores all over the country however work for a Sundeland based company would be good.

First, can you sell? and I don't mean work on a till, I mean actuallly talk customers into parting with hard cash.
You will have targets and if you don't hit them you will be gone.
what is your present trade?
long hours, lunch breaks are frowned upon, leaving at the end of your shift is unheard of
but if you convert at a good rate you will make a lot of money

Oh and if you do get the job give Simon Nicholson my regards

Don't forget moving Sofas around the shop and Point of Sale changes.
