Good job they're building 4 and 5 bed executive housing for £350k or more.

South Bents residents wouldn't want commoners buying "affordable" housing for only a quarter of a million, would they?

Imagine the extra coin the bairns would make when they're doing Christmas carols, door to door.

I was told the prices would be "up to 450k" but this was a while back when the builder was first interested.
Also that's for the Jura 5 bed with double garage.
Might be even more now.

Ive had one customer yell at me because when i typed her postcode in it came up as wideopen
"ITS NORTH GOSFORTH!"
