Will it?

Grigg is injured so will miss a fair number of games that we need to be winning to catch up.

And is Surridge any good or are you working off a YouTube reel?

Regardless, he surely can't be any worse than that useless lump Wyke.
Grigg was said to be out for 3 weeks. It's nearly a fortnight since he got injured. He wouldn't miss loads on that basis at all. Not that I think he'll be signing.

Grigg is only out for two weeks. And that was a week ago. He would potentially only miss 1 game...
I should have read the whole thread before replying:lol:

Let’s wait and see. These things have a habit of coming off. We maybe have to pay a bit more upfront or whatever but think it’s still on the cards. It’s frustrating but then all the peices have to fit. Wigan have played a blinder to be fair and you can’t blame them.

Exactly this. I still think he'll come today, as well as Surridge.

Yes pants down, yes over the odds, but he'll probably cost us 2m with add ons in the end.

As you say, they've played a blinder. If we'd been quiet about it and offered 1.25m as our first offer in the last couple of days, they'd have took it!

5 bids is crazy. We must have started 250k!

Eaves would have been good, but we don't appear to be making bids for him.

I think Eaves will be a last gasp one if everything else fails.

Dreadful negotiation approach by our side. Repeatedly coming back with increased bids just let's the selling club think that there's more to come if they hold out.
First bid should be a realistic opener while both sides test what is feasible. At some stage the line has to be drawn .

Eddie Howe claims hes in his plans, cheers for nowt. All accounts the lad was keen as well.

Feckin Bournemouth , loada shite.
