Sales process for FA Cup game with season card

So as a Google / Apple / Ticketmaster Refusenik with a plastic card with QR code on it (which works perfectly actually) do you reckon you could buy your own seat on line and get it credited to your card via the QR?

Google, Facebook, Apple, Ticketmaster and Amazon might be able to guess the need for a stand against the Saudi United Murderers but don’t intend to make it easy for them
I thought you had to go to the ground for cup games to get a paper ticket but could be very wrong

I had to get my lad's season card converted to an adult ticket for the WBA game, at the ticket office last week.

Took the opportunity to ask a few questions about the plastic cards.

1) They said there will not be an option for them next season
2) They said that providing your email hasn't been amended online (to block online access) you can use the online facilities for ticket upgrades, and forwarding
3) They've confirmed that if you do one of the above, it just blocks your plastic card for that specific game, and you can use them for subsequent games

3 was my main concern up til now. So hopefully no need to go in person, but based on my WBA ticket upgrade experience, I guess we may end up with one off digital tickets for the cup game.

They would have to say no plastic cards next season - Ticketmaster told them to say that

Do you think it was Ticketmaster’s idea to lie and say QR codes would not work with the turnstiles?

All I want to do is pay for a ticket and then my season card work - no snitching to Facebook Amazon Google Apple or any of the other control freak monopolists

And definitely no heads up to Ticketmaster monopolist touts
