No. I think there's an ability to convert it into shares, but not sure if we ever found out how that would happen (could they decide to do it any time or was it only if Donald didn't repay etc). For me, anything involving FPP getting shares (or just one member of FPP) would be completely different to an internal share redistribution. Considering Methven isn't football club owner levels of rich, I'd think internal share redistribution would have to just be Sartori, but that's not what people seem to be hinting at
