The concern with all of this - Fox leaving, no chairman, no academy director, slow recruitment of free transfers - is that these actions are exactly what you would do if you were absolutely potless over the next few years too.
It’s also a good sign as it’s exactly what you would do if you were selling up and someone else was coming in to take over.

Don’t tarnish me with that brush mate 🤣. (2 or 3 in before Monday, barring any last minute hitches)
We've had our fingers burned before mate that's all and we deserve better. Could you provide us with your ITK history, your post to conversion rate, and a soft background of your source? Cheers in advance mate.

True. I guess I'm just saying that we shouldn't be looking for implication in every last event. There's a tendency for the fans to say "x has happened so that can only mean y". Problem is that's often not true.

The loan is between two entities, FPP LLC and Madrox. FPP potentially could roll the loan up in a purchase of Madrox, but not in SDs shareholdings in Madrox, without the prior agreement of JS and CM and of course FPP itself.

Highly unlikely to happen.

Re the loan to FPP.
If I am correct, FPP is/was the 3 individual members of that company. Again, if as been hinted/reported it is only the one individual who is showing an interest in “us” I wonder if that creates any complications with regard to how the FPP loan is apportioned/settled, or used in terms of share exchange in lieu of repayment during negotiations?

True, your reasons are as valid as mine and more likely given our recent history!

A club like ours isn't going to make fortunes in hospitality which is how clubs like Fulham and west ham do it, they sell tickets as part of a weekend in london experience, it's embarrassing if you ask me, football has grown too big and "tourists" should stick to Bucky palace.

But since the cats now out of the bag we have to capitalise on the Netflix series and with that still reasonably fresh in people's minds we need to invest to get back to the premier League and potentially have a Sunderland till I die feature over the next couple of seasons which shows that, it doesn't even need to be behind the scenes, just bring an end to the series with us retiring to the prem.

Then we can exploit that, particularly in America, I men's for fuck sake we play in red and white and the us and south America is full of sports fans who love an underdog. We should be a marketers dream yet instead we're pissing about masquerading as a league one club.

give credit where it's due,Donald's making a bloody good fist of it,as an aside,is he out the door yet

It’s the actions of a business that is selling up and getting out. We should be hopeful it comes off
I certainly hope so. God knows we need rid of that useless fraud. However, on their own they're also the actions of a club that is contracting and cost-cutting. It's only the whispers we hear from longstanding posters who get snippets (like yourself) that indicate the former rather than the latter.

Would like this post - but I don't wanna!

Have said this for years. Why we dont play on the obvious historical US links is mental. Its our USP to one of the biggest potential markets in the world. We all know how patriotic the americans are and we play in red and white stripes and have original Washington within our local authority area. I think we are the only UK city to be twinned with Washington DC. We are in a unique position to market our club as the 'American club' in the Premier League.
