Think I'm right in saying FPP are the only existing creditors, so is this him basically saying they're taking shares? The changing of percentages must hint at Sartori getting more. With any luck it's Donald (and Methven hopefully) getting out. Could be huge, depending on the details.

If it's a reshuffle of existing shares/holdings, it's fairly clear that it will be between Donald, Methven and Sartori and I hate to say it, but I think there's a very good reason why that may be something they'd be discussing now regardless of takeovers.

If someone is acquiring a holding for the first time, you would not describe it as a reshuffling of shares on any level. That's how I would describe Furhman if it was him, a new shareholder.
