Took 3 crucial wickets on his triumphant return to the Essex first team at a very tight 4.5 runs per over. One can only think how long the England selectors can ignore his pace and control. Plunkett Out.
ok saj, its been noted

Last time I saw him bowl, he bowled a spell of pure gas vs England. Took a few wickets and even topped 80mph at one point. I think that he was treat badly by a very poor captain in Flintoff. If he can get a captain who can set the right field for him, his accuracy and economy rate will take care of the rest. His batting has excelled as well, he scored a 50 vs Notts 2nd XI and was unbeaten in his last knock. Could probably slip in at 8 for Stokes IMO.
