SAFC annual accounts OUT NOW

Increase in turnover must be due to renting out the BCB to the mags for the cup game and selling all the north stand tickets to them. Well done KLD

My guess is taking loans against it. Or maybe I'm just overly cynical?
Could be! Or hiking the valuation for a transaction.

It’s quite a significant and obvious hike from the previous valuation
So is that the stadium valued at 300m? If so how the hell can it jump from 91m to 300m?
The method of valuation. They changed it to take into account the cost of rebuilding or relocating. Creative.

It's a hugely value asset to a football club and in many ways it's 'worth' that to the club these days. Money doesn't go far when building football stadiums anymore.

Tbh £8m loss for a championship team tells me that the club is being pretty well run

And for the Dreyfus family to simply wipe the loss out is very good of the owners

Can’t grumble at any of that

We made an £8m loss last season, but there have been losses in previous seasons as well. Do we know how much the Club owe KLD and Sartori?

What page are people getting the 300 million figure from?

The closest I can see is page 35 which says the valuation of tangible assets including the stadium went from 91m to 157m, with the re-evaluation being 66.7m

Where's 300 million come from?

Doesn’t change the fact we made losses. Again. Which is funded by. Him.
he’s barely funding it. Him . It’s buttons . He will make a fortune out of it. My hero.

Someone pays the annual £8-9m loss. “It’s buttons” It’s not. He’ll only “make a fortune” if we get to the PL and he sells. You’re not on this planet if you think anything else is profitable.

Profit on disposal of players, £8.8m up from £300k the previous year. Doesn’t include Clarke of course
Does include Stewart.
Other debtors increased by £4m, due to season ticket purchase money still owed? Did we shift that many more?
There's usually a creditor for season ticket payments in advance. More likely down to increased transfer instalments on outgoings
GOM will be foaming at this upstart
A single tweet stating the bleeding obvious is meh.
Would the loan not have to appear somewhere on companies house?
Only if secured
