This...But you did say the other week that you don't rate him..
i never, i said i don't think he will make a PL striker and willl end up playing Championship or League 1. That's my opinion of him in the future but nobody can deny he deserves a bit more of a chance now, he gives us something different.

Well i hope he does pull on when given the chance....

Think MON will start him on Sun, back at Villa he used Gabby as a slim, lightweight striker who used his pace to beat players. It was Houiller who came in and told him to beef up and become more physical. MON likes nimble strikers with pace.

Been saying for weeks he deserves at least 20-30 minutes in the second half.

Now that Steve has gone, I hope he will get that.

We are screaming for a goal-scorer - why ignore one?

That's just a myth. He's playing in the reserves against players who could be picked for their respective first teams.

Owen was tiny. Messi is tiny, Colback isn't a big lad. All the lad needs to do is make a nuisance of himself in and around the box.

He's got to be due a chance.

Stickman (Bridges to those who are too young to remember) wasn't any bigger than Noble when he first got his chance although I believe he was younger. He didn't do too badly for us at least ! ;)

He had better technique...

He had better technique...

You didn't see Bridges when he first came on the scene did you?
He was incredibly raw, he had serious pace but also a lot of flaws, so much so that he even found himself behind Dichio in the pecking order under Reid.

Yes i did...he had better technique..

He might be nowhere near good enough. The odds are against him I suppose.

But he keeps scoring goals, and he can't do much more than that. He is probably the only player at the club whose instinct takes him into the box hunting for goals. Beef or not, I wouldn't be surprised if MON has him in the picture soon.

Tomas Kuszczak, Jonathan Sutherland; Marnick Vermijl, Sean McGinty, Tom Thorpe, Scott Wootton, Michael Keane, Tyler Blackett, Alberto Massacci, Michele Fornasier; Jesse Lingard, Paul Pogba, Luke Giverin, Gyliano van Velzen, Rafael Leao; Will Keane, John Cofie.

not one of these will be picked for Man United this season, it's the youths he's scored against.

I didnt see him playing, surely would have spotted him a mile off?

Messi is built like an ox compared to Noble.

Over-building can be detrimental to certain playes, but let's not pretend Noble likely wouldn't benefit from at least 10 extra pounds of flesh..

Benayoun, Hernandez, Peter crouch, Michael Owen...

Need I say more! Weight is actually detrimental to a pacey winger or forward. In today's game you get shoved off the ball its a free kick in the Prem.

I don't doubt that experience is helpful but so is inexperience because he has something to prove.

Benayoun isn't a Cf,Crouch is a giant,Owen is quite stocky and Hernandez has far more experience...

So yes you could say a lot more...:)

Just as an aside, but that Paul Pogba is meant to be the next big thing.

i think we should persevere with our prolific champions league standard couldn't give a fuck on loan striker. His 1 goal in 10 ratio is something Ryan can only aspire to.
