It's got a bit of everything, beach, grass, gravel, paving & concrete & back on to beach again. Goody bag at the end is usually pretty good as well.

I can imagine running on the beach is a massive energy sapper!
running on shingle is a great training aid to build stamina much like hill climbing

Can be but both stretches of beach combined aren't much more than a mile.

I have no idea who's in it, but I'll do my best. Snow doesn't bother me!You must be mad, Not so sure how fun it'll be.... you seen the video of the snowglad I'll just be at HQ in the warm and dry. Hopefully you'll be ok , top 3 finish?
