Search for a suitable plan 16 week notmally, that suits your running frequency and targets.Just signed up for Dublin marathon at end of Oct. Never ran one before and in the last six months returned to running via park run first now out 3 or 4 times a week and running 8 mile comfortable at 10 min miles. Not quick but I'm happy with it. Any tips on marathon training greatly appreciated.
