All expansion-type ore, Colbalt included have a catch up mechanic.

You're getting fragments because you're not actually at the correct level, if you were you'd get the plain ore instead, the catch up mechanic is the fact you're still skilling up despite being lower than the requirement.

So my thing is to level lock @ 63 and run all of the old vanilla dungeons. The content is very trivial, interesting and fun.

I was just about to make a Horde character for more professions, but found out you can't mail money to them
Any way around this? Apart from the auction house trick and avoiding people sniping you?
