I still play 3 times a week at 55, never had a 5aside injury until last night, ran into a team mate, cracked knees and his knee is obviously harder than mine as I can’t walk this morning

Like me really then. The lads I play with every other Tuesday are cardinal hume in gateshead are a mixed bag. Age from mid 20s to late 40s/ early 50s. The younger ones are decent enough but they don't show off or owt. I'd like to fill the other two weeks in wheres there's no footie
