Roy Keane

The OP just keeps saying "not even close" to each and every name of every other great player mentioned, so it's not a discussion at all. But if we exclude the OP's total closed-mindedness, there have been some great players listed, all of whom were worth watching and brought something special to the game.

My personal choice of whom I'd most like to see highlights of would be between Cantona and Bergkamp, and that's not being detrimental to how influential Keane was - I just feel that those two, on their day, were the most entertaining, sublimely-skilled (and cool!) players in the PL era (still prefer George Best over both of them, but that's another debate....)

Can’t believe it took to the third page to mention Dennis B. What a player he was.

The Kevin De Bruyne that Pep has dropped?

The Roy Keane that couldn't get a game for Celtic, and only ever played more than 30 premier league games in a season 4 times over his career?

It is easy to pick out facts in isolation, they don't however define a players quality over their entire career.

Keane was quality, as is De Bruyne.
