Yeah he’s been finished for 3 years yet countless managers keep picking him. Played top flight football all his career but a few here think he’s finished !! Think I’ll trust Coleman’s judgement

Not sure anyone can be a motivator as motivation is a thing you do yourself as an individual - However you can give players the tools to motivate themselves by instilling confidence, belief and getting them to improve their skills and so they can turn any ability into one that benefits themselves and the team. Even physiologists provide skills/tools to allow individuals to motivate themselves, perhaps thats what we need at the club to assist CC get the players improving that little bit quicker.

If we can get the players around to support as a team, he won't look so bad and will be caught out less often, he still reads the game well but struggles to get there, but with younger players round him who he can mentor then it could be a win win for us in the short term while rebuilding starts.

They keep picking him because there is no one else.
That says more about our terrible recruitment in that time to be honest

Don't think judgement comes into it, he is finished but Coleman and others have had no other options. It's why we have struggled for so long defensively. A brief period with Kone and Kaboul showed that
