Ross Stewart

He still made a big contribution last year which you are completely ignoring.

On the lists of things I’d like us to do as soon as possible, selling Ross Stewart is pretty near the bottom.
He did indeed, then ironically got a major injury. Which turned our season upside down as the club didn't have a back-up plan...For losing two main striker. Not many clubs do, unless you have 52 strikers on your books, perfect storm but somehow we STILL got in the playoffs, amazing.

It's obvious to anyone with half a brain he's running his contract down. That process started two years ago.

Which half are you using ?two side's to every coin mate ..management will be playing hardball just like stewarts Agent..........if stewart was fully fit i may agree with your niave assessment but he aint and thats where the gamble lies for both parties!it wont be over til it is and that may not be until january....however if stewart starts playing for us again in august and breaks down again he will be scrambling for any sort of deal and i doubt we or any other championship club would oblige!

Two years ago Ross had barely scored a goal for us in League 1. His value to other clubs was next to nowt so he was not running his contract down. If you said he started a year ago then you might have a point.

Stewart is a class player. We always have a chance with him in the team. Expect SAFC and Leeds top 6 this season.
