All this talk can stop now as far as I’m concerned. Does anyone not remember what happens when you constantly rotate managers in and out? We need stability, we have a good manager who’s worked wonders this season to renew and rebuild. It was never going to be an easy task, can’t be done in one year, yet the shape and spirit of the squad has been transformed. At least let Ross have the chance to learn from his mistakes and continue the job he’s been tasked with. Changing again now is sheer lunacy.

As shite as we were yesterday you cant talk about replacing the manager while its still in our hands man

KP been on goals on Sunday talking how he’s ready to get into management.

Reports today claim WBA were after Alex Neil and if can’t get him they’ll go for Ross. Neill just signed new contract with Preston.

Would anyone object to this?

That would be very silly imo

The main reason we are in this position as a club is we don’t give managers any time the last half a dozen have only had 10 month in the job which is mental keep changing managers is not the answer got to give them time fair enough if we don’t improve next season then he will have to go but got to give him another season regardless what league we are in

Unfortunately mate we can't stop managers been linked or taking other jobs. But I agree about changing managers every 6 months. Even if we fail to go up I hope we keep Ross.

I’ve always believed in not being too hasty with managers but Ross has had a fortune to spend for this level and I think we are getting worse rather than better.

If we don’t go up he’s be very lucky to keep his job imo.

I forgot it was my fault that Phillips was discussing mansgemt on goals on Sunday and that Ross was linked with WBA.

I agree depolorable

As an 'outsider', I would suggest that Ross is doing fine.
Your club (no offence) seemed to be on a downward spiral, yet he's come in and (seemingly) steadied the ship.
Obviously nothing's guaranteed, but I reckon he'll take you up automatically (possibly as champions yet), and I don't see any reason why he cant establish you in the championship next season.
